Most of our items are personalized and they are therefore non-returnable. We sometimes make a spelling error, and will make a special effort to send a replacement as soon as possible. Any return will need to have a return authorization for us to accept it here, please call for a RA number. 

Any return, to be accepted, must be shipped pre-paid, packed to avoid damage and received here in re-sellable condition before a refund, minus the original shipping and handling amounts can be made.
